Calling all adults with ADHD who struggle with getting things done, knowing where to start, drowning in overwhelm and going off piste getting lost in distractions. I get it because I’ve been there. Many times. 

I’m not going to sugar coat it, living and working with ADHD can be a STRUGGLE. I get it. I’ve tried every planner, process and app over the years but when I got diagnosed aged 33 I finally understood why they weren’t helping me. And, SPOILER ALERT it wasn’t because I was being lazy or wasn’t capable. My brain is wired differently.
